    Our client, an innovative company from the technology sector, wished to expand in Britain and Germany, and was looking for equity funding. DragonKnight Advisors acted as exclusive financial advisors entrusted with this task.

  • Implementation

  • Before we accepted the task, we checked how realistic the client's business plan was. We discovered that the client had already exceeded its target in terms of sales and had a portfolio of patents and trademark rights in addition to an exciting business model.

  • We recommended that our client organise a first funding round with Business Angels and high net worth individuals before reaching out to trade buyers and venture capital funds. We proposed contacting British and German technology companies with good connections to retail sales channels and small mobile operators in emerging countries, as potential investors.

  • The client accepted our recommendations. The transaction was carried out in two parts: a first round issued to Business Angels, then preferred shares were issued for insitutional investors, along with equity warrants.
